These terms apply when you use trycitova.com and our services. By requesting a check, report or plan from us, you agree to them. Questions: hello@trycitova.com.
What we do
We check whether AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and others) recommend your business when customers ask for local services, we report what we find, and, on our done-for-you plan, we carry out improvements agreed with you, such as completing listings and website content.
Plans and payment
- Free AI visibility check: free, emailed to you within about 2 business days.
- Full report: $49, one-time, delivered within about 48 hours of payment.
- Done for you: $99 per month, billed monthly by PayPal invoice. You can cancel at any time by emailing us before your next invoice is due.
Payments are requested by secure PayPal invoice. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your full report or your first month of the done-for-you plan, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full.
No guarantee of results
AI assistants decide for themselves what to say, and they change often. We cannot control or promise that any assistant will recommend your business. What we do is fix the gaps that AI tends to rely on and show you, month by month, how your visibility changes.
Your part
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Only ask us to work on businesses and accounts you are authorised to manage. We never ask for your passwords. If we need access to something such as a listing, you grant it through that service's own sharing tools.
Liability
Our services are provided as described and to the best of our ability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Independence
trycitova is independent and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft or Perplexity. Product names belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you have an active plan and a change matters to you, email us.
