trycitova ("we", "us") helps local businesses find out whether AI assistants recommend them. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it. You can reach us at any time at hello@trycitova.com.

What we collect

• What you send us: your email address, business name, business type, city, the plan you are interested in, and anything you write to us.
• Basic visit data: like most websites, our hosting provider logs technical details such as your IP address and browser when you load a page. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
• Fonts: this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

• To run your AI visibility check and send you the results.
• To reply to your messages and send invoices for paid plans.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the service you asked for.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Zoho Mail (email), and PayPal (payments and invoices). They process data only to provide those services, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. If we never do business together, we delete your request within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@trycitova.com and we will act on it promptly. If you are in the EU, UK or a similar region, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
